But you don't have to fall victim to hard drive failures if you have a good backup strategy in place. If you don't, you need data recovery services.

Eastlake Computers employs two levels of data recovery services. We start with non-invasive recovery services. This is a method of recovering data from hard drives when the cause of the fault is software related. This method of recovery does not alter the physical parameters of the failed drive but rather uses software to overcome the failures for long enough for us to recover the data.

If non-invasive recovery does not yield the necessary data, the next step is to send the drive to one of our affiliated clean rooms for a complete reconstruction and recovery.

Our non-invasive techniques are much more affordable, which is why we try this method first.
